The Black Creek Residence was designed by BattersbyHowat and completed in 2025 in Revelstoke, British Columbia. The project serves as a benchmark for contemporary mountain living, shifting away from the traditional chalet style toward a modern architectural expression that prioritizes material performance and spatial clarity.

A full climbing wall is integrated into the home’s gymnasium. Designed with generous ceiling height and engineered structural detailing, it functions as both a recreational and architectural feature within the residence.
