The Aldergrove Townhomes, also known as Appleland’s Townhomes, were built by HR Pacific in two phases in Aldergrove, British Columbia. Designed by Willson Design, Phase 1 was completed in 1998, followed by Phase 2 in 1999. Each phase consisted of four units, bringing a total of eight new homes to the community.
The townhomes were constructed on brownfield lots located in the downtown core of Aldergrove. By reusing underutilized land, the project introduced new residential development within the area while maintaining a modest scale appropriate to its surroundings. Built under the direction of Willson Design, the project reflects a straightforward approach to multi-family housing that balances architectural efficiency with practical site use.
As one of HR Pacific’s early multi-family developments, the Aldergrove Townhomes established the company’s growing capacity to deliver phased construction and coordinate closely with design partners. The project remains part of Aldergrove’s established residential core, representing an early example of community-focused urban infill.
