Beach House

HR Pacific recently competed this project designed by North Architectural Studio for an active family. The nickname for the original cabin on the lakefront lot was the “Purple Palace”. The new modern timber residence just completed on Lake Windermere is now known as the “Purple Palace #2”. This low profile lakefront home takes full advantage of the sloping beachfront lot.
