HR Pacific recently competed this project designed by North Architectural Studio for an active family. The nickname for the original cabin on the lakefront lot was the ” Purple Palace “. The new modern timber residence just completed on Lake Windermere is now known as the “Purple Palace #2”. This low profile lakefront home takes full advantage of the sloping beachfront lot.
