Granite Lake Residence

This Industrial Rustic project on Windermere Lake BC uses timberframe from Daizen Joinery, Bridger Granite from Select Stone and is designed by Willms Design Service. Metal work performed by Reimer and Co. and TXN Installations Ltd.

The client, Ira Darling, was personally involved in the interior design aspects of this project. Extensive use of reworked metal components, including reclaimed light fixtures, pipe frame beds, steel and wire railings are used throughout the home.

Reclaimed fir flooring, repurposed cedar ceiling as well as classic photos taken by the client create a throwback to a rustic Lake Cabin yet with all the modern conveniences.
