The Boundary Bay Residence is a custom home built by HR Pacific in 2021 and designed by X Architecture. The house presents a bold, modern silhouette, defined by clean, cubist massing and black longboard cladding, punctuated by tall vertical windows. Warm wood accents on the north and south elevations soften the exterior and screen the internal staircase, balancing the home’s striking form with natural texture.

Inside, an open-concept main floor is filled with light from expansive glazing and sliding doors, while a simple palette of white walls, refined millwork, and architectural steel maintains a calm modern atmosphere. Bedrooms are situated on the upper level to capture framed views and natural light.

Throughout construction, HR Pacific worked closely with the architect to ensure precise detailing and alignment with the design intent, resulting in a crisp, modern coastal home that is both expressive and liveable.
