The Kranzel Residence was completed in 2022 at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort in Golden, British Columbia. The project redefines a mountain home through precise detailing, integrated wellness spaces, and the use of natural materials combined with modern finishes.

The residence features a master suite designed as a private sanctuary, characterized by clean lines, concealed lighting, and custom pendant fixtures. Bathrooms feature freestanding sculptural tubs, stone flooring, and full-height mirrors. The lighting design uses pendant fixtures as floating glass elements to reflect light across concrete, tile, and timber surfaces.

Wellness amenities include a full sauna, soaking tub, and steam shower sequence. A dedicated gym space features durable stone flooring and illuminated wall panels, forming a contained fitness area within the residence. Built-in shelving, vanities, and seating are integrated into the architecture to maintain the home’s linear and minimal aesthetic.
