The Lookout is a multi-generational home built by HR Pacific in 2019 on Windermere Lake, British Columbia. Designed by North Architectural Studio, the residence is positioned to capture views of the Columbia Valley and Windermere Lake.

The home includes three master bedrooms and is constructed of mass timber. Floor-to-ceiling curtain wall windows were incorporated to maximize natural light and provide uninterrupted views of the surrounding landscape. The design integrates the residence with the forested setting, while the use of fireproof materials adds protection and resilience.

With its scale and material choices, The Lookout was planned to accommodate extended family living and to serve multiple generations. Built in collaboration with North Architectural Studio, the project demonstrates HR Pacific’s ability to deliver a complex custom residence with clear attention to architectural detail and technical requirements.
