Built by HR Pacific in 2007, this 3,200-square-foot timber-frame home was among the first completed residences in the Canyon Ridge development. Designed by Willms Design, the home initially served as a showhome, introducing prospective buyers to the community’s architectural character and overall build quality.

The structure features a prominent timber frame, giving the interiors a natural warmth and a sense of scale that extends throughout the home. Inside, extensive architectural millwork, including custom cabinetry, wood ceilings, and detailed woodwork, creates a unified and inviting interior.

A 600-square-foot secondary suite sits above the garage, adding flexible living space while maintaining the residence’s cohesive form. As both a functioning home and an early example of the development’s vision, it helped set the tone for Canyon Ridge’s mountain-inspired identity.
