The Vista Lofts project in Golden, British Columbia, was completed by HR Pacific in two phases, with Phase 1 delivered in 2011 and Phase 2 completed in 2018. Designed by RLA Roger LeBlanc Architect, the development provides affordable townhomes within the town’s downtown core. Built on reclaimed brownfield lots, the project reflects a commitment to thoughtful land use and community growth.
The location places residents within walking distance of shopping and local amenities, creating a practical and connected living environment. These townhomes have become an integral part of Golden’s resort community, providing housing that meets the needs of a population comprising both local families and visitors drawn to the town as a destination.
The project received industry recognition, winning a Built Green Award for the most affordable Built Green BC home and a Keystone Award for Best Affordable Housing Project.
