St. Ann’s Catholic Church was built by HR Pacific in 2005 in Aldergrove, British Columbia. Designed by Oberto Oberti Architecture and Urban Design Inc., the 9,000 square foot parish facility combined concrete tilt-up wall construction with a wood frame roof. The project expanded parish space in the community with a durable building designed to support long-term use.
One of the most notable aspects of the project was the lift of the fourth-largest tilt-up panel ever completed in North America. This required precise coordination of crane operations and sequencing to ensure accuracy and safety. By managing the process from planning through execution, HR Pacific delivered a complex structural feat as part of the church build.
The result was a parish facility that combined traditional architectural requirements with advanced construction techniques. St. Ann’s Catholic Church continues to stand as an example of HR Pacific’s ability to deliver institutional projects that integrate technical challenges with community needs.
