Windermere Lakeview Cabin
The “Windy Cabin” is the second project we have built with the team at North Architecture Studio Inc.
This Mountain Modern home has large overhangs, wide lift and slide windows by Kolbe Windows that allow this home to embrace the view of Windermere Lake yet protect it from the summer sun.
With the use of fir cross laminated timber (CLT from Structurlam) and glulam beams the feel of the home is both modern yet warm and welcoming.
This site has been in the family for generations and will be enjoyed by family and friends for many more to come.
