CLT Vancouver House
This unique project is the first full CLT (Cross Laminated Timber) residence built in Vancouver City. The multi generational project consists of a main residence and laneway home.
Curtain wall windows, blacked steel and Oko cement siding create the exterior of both residences. A roof top patio embrace the views of the city of Vancouver.
The architect was Leland Dadson, son of the home owners. This is the second home designed for Leland’s parents.
